Payment
• There are no extra fees.
• Additional services available at extra cost such as (Personal chef, barman, drinks requirements, catered full board pp rate, excursions, chauffeur, luxury car rental and butler services)
• A receipt and Itinerary should be printed.
• Guided tours can be arranged at extra cost. Enquire online.
Preparation
• Summer, in all Summerfell properties its best to wear light clothing as it can be hot in summertime. Although the occasional rainstorm does occur, so always have a jacket and long pants handy.
• Winter, Warm clothes is advised as temperatures at night can go well below 10C. Although all properties have fireplaces.
• Autumn and spring, both seasons will have cold and warm days.
• A jacket for game drives and boat cruises
• For The Vaal and Dinokeng, mosquito repellent.
• If self-catering we have fully equipped kitchens and braai facilities, plan your meals and purchases before arrival. At Vaal and Dinokeng small shops are available for essentials and groceries. Sandton has all the shops one can desire.
Reservation
• Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
• 50% deposit is payable for bookings made before 30 days of arrival.
• 30% of total amount will be refunded if booking is cancelled 31 days before arrival.
• No refund will be payable if booking is cancelled 30 days before arrival.
• 0% refund if bookings are cancelled 30 days before arrival.
• Yes, you need to make a reservation, we do not take walk-ins.
